3) The "Cypress" is ~1200 sq ft and features two bedrooms at opposite ends of the home, laundry area, a bathroom, kitchen and dining area, living room and den.

 

Popular upgrades include:

 

a) ensuite bath, b) sunroom/family room, c) garage or d) full basement

Originally built with electric baseboard heating, there is available natural gas and some owners have upgraded there homes to include high efficiency natural gas hot water tanks and natural gas fireplace or forced air natural gas heating. Any homes with Baseboard Electric heating could easily be upgraded to Natural Gas.

 

An inclusive monthly fee covers taxes, common grounds maintenance, land lease, amenities, water, video surveillance, on-site staff during weekdays, basic cable tv, a stocked fishing pond and much more.
