If you live in Northern, Northeastern, or Eastern U.S. and haven't yet decided on where you want to vacation, consider the combinations of Niagara Falls, Toronto and the Muskokas (from the south), or Montreal, Ottawa, Haliburton, Muskokas (from the east) or from the West, the north shore of Lake Superior to the Muskokas.  Any of these trips would be spectacular!

Live and/or work in or near the GTA? If you want to live closer to the Muskokas, but still be a commutable distance from the GTA, consider making Caledon, King, or South Simcoe your home.  Want to learn more? Call me, Chris Smith @ 1.866.936.3500.

Good morning Chris, I suppose that most of us in Ontario have always known how spectacular Muskoka is, and now the whole world is going to know about our little secret. This is a very impressive honour for the area, topping a list that includes such spectacular places like Patagonia.

Marc and Malcolm, as people who have the Muskokas and the Haliburtons in our backyards, sometimes we fail to appreciate them fully... now the world knows...

Peter and Linda, there are a few places in BC that are on our "bucket list"... This area is truly spectacular in any season...

Chris,

Great blog. The pictures look great. Some remind me of the Group of 7.
